Membership in HMB allows you full time access (dawn to dusk) to the members’ parking lot, the target butt practice range, the tower practice range and the 3D practice range. Membership allows you to participate for free in all 30-target 3D shoots that are open to the public. The 30-target shoots are normally held on the first Sunday of the month but may be a week later in order to avoid holiday weekends. We are also having shoots in 2025 on a couple of Saturday afternoons and Saturday evenings. See our calendar for an exact schedule of our 3D shoots.

Becoming a member is simple. Our membership enrollment process is fully automated. We require completion of a membership application form, your electronic signature on a liability waiver and payment of membership dues. All of this can be accomplished through the links below. Membership is based on a calendar year (January 1 through December 31). Membership dues are $107 for individual membership and $157 for a family membership. The membership fees include a $7 fee to cover the administrative cost of PayPal. A family membership covers two adults and all children under the age of 18 living in the same household. Alternate payment methods can be arranged by contacting our president at the email address listed in the “Contact” section of this website. After you pay and we receive your membership application and liability waiver you will be granted access to the members’ section of this website, which has the code to the lock on the entrance gate. This code is also for the locks on the Porta-Potties.

Maintaining the club pavilion area and ranges is very demanding especially during the growing season when vegetation constantly needs to be cut back. This work is done on a voluntary basis by the membership. We encourage all members to work at least six hours each year helping with club activities. This can be achieved by helping on work days prior to our public shoots; by setting targets, trimming vegetation, or mowing the parking lot, as well as other activities that may be needed. On days when we have a public 3D shoot, you may help at the registration desk, cook and sell food and drinks or take down targets after the shoot. Other ad hoc workdays may arise as needed, such as clearing downed trees after wind storms, or moving and changing out target butts. You may also work on your own at any time. Coordinate with the HMB president prior to doing any work to ensure he agrees with your plan and knows when you will be working.
